The model
When you complete a check and ask for quotes, we share your details with up to two vetted installers covering your postcode. Each pays InsulationMatch a fixed introduction fee. The fee does not depend on the value of the job or the material chosen, and you are never charged anything.
What that means for the advice
We earn the same whether you insulate a loft floor for £500 or a whole house for £15,000, so there is no reason for us to push the dearer route. Our guides say plainly when the cheapest option is the best one.
What we do not do
- Sell products or earn commission on materials
- Take payment from manufacturers for placement
- Sell your details to anyone other than the installers you asked us to match
- Charge homeowners
